Honda Civic crashes taxi upside down at Vinh Tuy bridge

Specifically, at 10:12 a.m. on April 17 on Vinh Tuy bridge (from Hai Ba Trung district to Long Bien district, Hanoi), a Honda Civic car crashed into a taxi, causing the taxi to turn upside down and lie horizontally in two lanes. The road on the bridge causes traffic jam. The taxi in the accident suffered severe damage to the front and rear of the vehicle.
