Should you sue when your boss touches you, solicits?

I’m male, 22 years old, just joined as a contract worker of a business. Under the pretext of instructing the job, the boss often sent me to go on a business trip and engage in sexual acts. (Nguyen Hieu)

At first, it was all about commenting on the outfit, then on the body. Then he started asking questions about love, telling jokes about sex. I felt embarrassed and a little annoyed but thought all this was part of “office culture” so I just kept quiet.

A few months later, the boss used to use the excuse to remind me personally about work, call me into the room or send me on a business trip, then touch and ask for sex. In return, he will “support” promotion, otherwise you will “lose everything”.

I did not accept this offer, so a few weeks later I was fired by the agency for not completing the work. I feel resentful, hurt and almost depressed. I really want to denounce it, but I’m also very scared and confused.

The conversations are direct, I have no proof of text messages or recordings. He said “it’s okay to sue, because rape is a crime, and solicitation and touching are not guilty at all”. So true?

What do you advise me to do?
