“I believe that at the current rate of development, in just 5 years, we can see blockchain technology creeping into every corner and entering life in a very normal way.

In that process, I believe that the Association will play a particularly important role, being the glue to promote the whole blockchain industry to develop together, creating sustainable values ​​for the country.

Along with the close and timely attention of the government, the establishment of the Association is also a premise to improve competitiveness, promote common development and raise the value of Vietnamese Blockchain. From there, it will attract large investment funds in the world and especially high-quality Vietnamese human resources from all over the world.

One of the trends that I’ve been observing in particular recently is that we’re seeing a “salmon” wave of tech talent around the world filming Vietnam. They not only returned to the country to make products, but also created an interesting wave of personnel migration, evoking national inspiration and pride so that the next generation, following the previous generation, would bring knowledge, experience accumulated around the world to build Vietnam.

When I and many other engineers return to Vietnam, I think that I come back not only to work but also to have a responsibility to nurture future generations. We understand that the training of talents is not only measured by months and years but also by generations. Creating the top blockchain companies in the world, which is really rare until now, will create a competitive and attractive working environment to attract world talent but also a cradle. to nurture many talents for the future.
