According to security camera images, around 8:30 p.m. on June 7, a 4-year-old boy was taken by his mother to an amusement park at a bookstore in Linh Dam urban area. While playing alone in the ball house, the child accidentally threw it into Mr. Dam’s face.
The 34-year-old man kicked the girl in the leg, repeatedly slapped the girl in the face, causing the child to panic, crying in a state of panic.
