Through research, the woman beaten in the clip is Ms. B (30 years old, living in Bac Khe Dai village, Loc Hoa commune, Phu Loc district). Information from family members, the reason that Ms. B. had to be hospitalized was because her husband beat her in the middle of the road.

The incident happened around 13:30 on May 5, on the way home with her husband to celebrate the death anniversary, when coming to the section near Khe Dai bridge, Loc Hoa commune, Ms. B. was suddenly stopped by her husband, Mr. LVH (39 years old) then punched and kicked continuously in the face and head area.

Ms. B. was then taken to the emergency room at the Health Center of Huong Thuy town.
