iPhone 14 will still use the chip of iPhone 13?

As revealed by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, two versions iPhone 14″ Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will be equipped with Apple’s A16 chip. However, the iPhone 14 version usually only uses the A15 chip, similar to the iPhone 13 series.

This could be Apple’s strategy to decentralize its product lines. Before that, Apple did the same thing in 2013 when equipping the iPhone 5s with the A7 chip while the iPhone 5c only used the A6 chip.

If this information is accurate, the iPhone 14 Pro duo will have a bigger difference than the regular iPhone 14 version, from the screen, camera to the processing performance of the device.

According to some previously leaked sources, Apple has begun trial production of the iPhone 14. During this period, a small number of devices are assembled to test the line before mass production.

Like previous product lines, iPhone 14 is expected to have 4 versions including iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

According to PhoneArena, the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max duo will remove the “rabbit ears” screen that has existed since the iPhone X generation. Instead, the duo will use a “punched” screen like some Android smartphone model.

Meanwhile, the regular iPhone 14 version will still use the “rabbit ears” screen like current iPhone models.
