Police identified people present at the scene on January 14, including: Nguyen Sy Giang (SN 1995, Yen Thanh hometown, Nghe An), Le Ngoc Anh (SN 1990, resident in Long Bien district, Hanoi; anesthesiologist) , Nguyen Thanh Binh (born 1991, lives in Dan Phuong district, Hanoi), Nguyen Thien Le (born 1999, Luc Nam’s hometown, Bac Giang).

Two other people also involved in this case are Tran The Anh (born 1991, lives in Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi) and Hoang Minh Phong (born 1994, lives in Ba Dinh district, Hanoi).
Where, Nguyen Sy Giang is the one who stands to receive guests and accept deposits, Hoang Minh Phong is the owner of the place. The investigative agency determined that Giang knew Hoang Minh Phong and followed Phong to study plastic surgery.

Previously, when there was no official information from the authorities, speaking with PV Dan Viet, Hoang Minh Phong still insisted that the victim H. was not his guest but Nguyen Sy Giang’s guest. Phong only “lent a place” for Nguyen Sy Giang to perform a rhinoplasty procedure.
