Underground storm – Episode 19: The person who pulled the strings of the denouncing text message was soon exposed

The beginning of episode 20 of the movie Underground storm, while Mr. Hoach “fire” – Provincial Public Security Director (People’s Artist Tran Nhuong) is running a meeting on personnel who will sit in the leadership chair of PC04. In the middle of the meeting, an unexpected message was sent to both Director Hoach and many other officials present at the meeting. The message accused Comrade Hoang of taking bribes 5 years ago in a case. This message is from Nguyen – former PC04 man, addicted to drugs, so he was forced to quit his job.

Director Hoach believes that the message arrived at the right time, proving that there are many eyes out there watching this meeting. Deputy Director of the Provincial Police – Mr. Nhan (Hoang Thanh Du) said that this message must be considered in accordance with regulations. Mr. Minh – Head of the Organization Department also commented that the investigation should be done quickly.

Director Hoach ended the meeting, asked Comrade Organization and Inspector to stay and called Colonel Ha (competitive artist Trong Hai) to discuss more about this denunciation message.

Director Hoach affirmed that if comrade Hoang was guilty, he would be kicked out of the industry immediately, but the director was only afraid that someone behind this case would be dangerous. If that person has power in his hand, it will destroy this internal system.

Right after that, Comrade Minh from the Organization and a Comrade Inspector called Nguyen’s name to meet to ask about the message. Nguyen admitted that he was the sender of the message. Nguyen heard that Mr. Hoang was about to be promoted to the deputy drug department, Nguyen saw that he was not worthy, so he wanted to denounce it. He also recounted the case of Mr. Hoang taking bribes in the past. Nguyen also testified that in that case, Trieu (Ha Viet Dung) and Major Thang (Xuan Hiep) shared the same money as Nguyen.

Listening to Comrade Minh reporting Nguyen’s testimony, Director Hoach said that “kindergarten level blow”. He confirmed that the 50 million bribes that Nguyen wanted to pay back was definitely the money of the mastermind of this denunciation texting case.

Colonel Ha knows well who is behind this incident, just hasn’t mentioned his name. Director Hoach requested to arrest Nguyen to quickly end this case.

Regarding the handling of Mr. Hoang, Director Hoach requested to suspend his work, write a report, and assign the Organization – Inspector to investigate and verify. At this time, comrade Minh – head of the Organization Department said that 1 week ago, Ca – a subordinate in Mr. Minh’s room – took Mr. Minh to Mr. Tuat’s house (People’s Artist Nguyen Hai) for dinner. Mr. Tuat’s wife gave Mr. Minh a gift bag to ask for his promotion, but Mr. Minh refused to accept the gift and left first.

After hearing some reports about internal affairs, Director Hoach was disappointed because “a unit as small as a nostril has a lot of stories”. He said that in this day and age, titles are considered as assets, everyone wants to rise up for the sake of class, not for the people.

Comrade Minh “Organization” suggested that if PC04 is complicated, the chief dispatcher from another place will return, or the deputy director will be part-time. Director Hoach agreed to consider comrade Minh’s proposal. The director considers this to be a time when he can squeeze out the cancerous cadres in the apparatus.

Soon after, Nguyen was arrested, not for the denunciation of the text message, but for his involvement in the operation of a prostitution ring. Will from this name Nguyen, the person behind the wire grabbing the text message denouncing Comrade Hoang will soon be unmasked?
