At around 7:30 p.m. on March 15, Tu rode a motorbike on Ho Chi Minh Street, from Vu Quang district to Huong Son. Tu is a link in the transnational drug trafficking network. He claims that tycoons in Laos hired him to transport him to Nghe An, if he manages to get through, he will have a secret partner to come and accept. After completing the work, Tu will be paid a salary of 20 million VND.
On March 15, Tu went to the border area of Vu Quang district to receive drugs and put them in his backpack, rode a motorbike along Ho Chi Minh Street to return to Nghe An, and was revealed.
