Self-taught learning how to grow marijuana plants for sale
Lao CaiHoang Duc Anh Tuan, 25, went online to teach himself how to grow marijuana, then grow it at home, collect the finished product and sell it.
Mr. Tuan, in Lao Cai City, was detained by the Lao Cai City Police on March 22 for growing 21 cannabis plants and storing a lot of dried medicinal products in his home.

At harvest, Tuan dried and packed the marijuana for himself and his friends to use or sell.
Police said at Tuan’s house they confiscated 44 packages of ready-made marijuana, 3 uprooted plants and 21 plants that were being cultivated.
