Recently, Ms. N often lost money, so on the morning of March 19, 2022, Ms. N installed a camera at the head of her bed. At about 2pm on the same day, Ms. N. went home to take out the memory card in the camera and found a video of Hoan having sex with her daughter in her bed.
Due to being too frustrated, on the night of March 19, Ms. N used a knife to cut Hoan’s penis, then went to the police agency to confess, and Nguyen Van Hoan was taken to the emergency room at the Son Provincial General Hospital. La.
