According to the General Statistics Office, in the first quarter of 2022, the whole country had 34,590 newly established enterprises (enterprises), an increase of 18.1% over the same period in 2021 and the highest level in the first quarter ever. Number registered capital in the first quarter of 2022 reached 471,215 billion VND, up 5.2% over the same period in 2021.
Total additional registered capital of enterprises in the first quarter of 2022 is VND 1,177,883 billion, up 21.0% over the same period in 2021. In which, the registered capital of newly established enterprises is VND 471,215 billion, an increase of 5.2% over the same period in 2021; There were 11,797 operating enterprises registered to increase capital with the total additional registered capital reaching VND 706,668 billion (up 34.5% over the same period in 2021).
In March 2022, the whole country had 14.3 thousand newly established enterprises with a registered capital of 193.6 trillion VND and the number of registered employees 93.8 thousand employees, an increase of 96.3% in number of enterprises. enterprises, an increase of 127.3% in registered capital and an increase of 29.2% in the number of employees compared to February 2022. Compared to the same period last year, an increase of 28% in the number of enterprises, an increase of 71.3% in the amount of registered capital and an increase of 28.8% in the number of employees.
