Sharing with VietNamNet, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung in Bac Ninh – who witnessed the incident and recorded the video said, at about 10 am on March 31, when he was moving in the direction from Bac Ninh to the city center. Crossing Thanh Tri bridge, I saw a BKS motorbike of Son La province (26 E1 – 04xxx) going in the opposite direction right in the car lane.

“Riding a motorbike like a moth is a young man. Even though my car was going at about 60 km/h, the car still sped past, estimated to have to run in the opposite direction in the car lane at a high speed. about 70 km/h.”, Tung said.

This reader also commented that riding a motorbike like that is no different from suicide because as long as the car can’t steer in time to avoid it, it can crash directly into this motorbike. Through this, Mr. Tung wants the authorities to severely punish this behavior.

According to Clause 5, Article 6 of Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, the act of driving a motorbike in the opposite direction of a one-way street or a road with a sign prohibiting going in the opposite direction will be fined from 1-2 million VND. At the same time, the driver’s license will be revoked for 1-3 months.
