The police are searching the headquarters of Tan Hoang Minh Group

On April 5, the Investigative Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security issued a decision to prosecute the case of fraud to appropriate property, which happened at the Group. Tan Hoang Minh and related organizations and units; at the same time, issued decisions to prosecute the accused, arrest warrants for the accused for temporary detention, search warrants for Do Anh Dung and 6 accomplices for the crime of “fraudulent appropriation of property” under Article 174 of the Penal Code the year 2015, amending and supplementing 2017.

President Tan Hoang Minh and his second son Do Hoang Viet were both prosecuted and detained

Specifically:

1. Do Anh Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Group.

2. Do Hoang Viet, Deputy General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Trading Service Company Limited.

3. Nguyen Manh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Star Real Estate Investment Company Limited; Deputy General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Trading Service Co., Ltd.

4. Tran Hong Son, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Soleil Hotel Service and Investment JSC; Deputy General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Trading Service Co., Ltd.

5. Nguyen Khoa Duc, Chairman and Director of Winter Palace Joint Stock Company.

6. Le Van Thinh, Deputy General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Trading Service Company Limited.

7. Phung The Tinh, Former Director of Finance and Accounting Center, Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Trading Service Co., Ltd.

After the Supreme People’s Procuracy approved it, the Investigative Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security executed the arrest warrants for the above-mentioned suspects.

To ensure the normal operation of the company, Do Anh Dung authorized Mr. Do Hoang Minh, Deputy General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Hotel Trading Service Co., Ltd. to run Tan Hoang Minh Group.

Currently, the Investigative Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security is concentrating its forces to investigate and clarify the criminal acts of the accused, expand the case and recover assets.
