Customers who buy sex (called “Sugardaddy”) must contact a broker in advance to select a sex worker (called “Sugarbaby”), the broker will send information about the sex worker such as picture, dimension height, weight, three-round measurements, age, occupation… for sex buyers to choose.
Then, the broker will make a connection between the two parties and agree on a price. Sex buyers will have to pay 2 million VND for brokers and 12-20 million VND/month for prostitutes, depending on the packages agreed in the sex sale contract.
On April 4, 2022, the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Investigation Agency issued an order to arrest people in an emergency, an arrest warrant for people to be detained in an emergency for Nguyen Van Luan and requested the Procuracy to approve. the above arrest warrant for the act of “Brokerage of prostitution” under Article 328 of the Penal Code.
