How to practice sun salutation to help you stay healthy inside and out for a long time

1. Starting from the basic position, stand up straight, close your legs and take a deep breath to open your chest, relax your shoulders naturally.

2. When you inhale, raise your hands to the sides of your shoulders, exhale and pull your hands in front of your chest into a prayer position.

3. Continue to inhale and bring your hands over your head to the back, stretching your chest forward.

4. When exhaling, you bend down before trying to bend as close to the leg as possible, the leg is not bent.

5. Continue to bend left knee, right leg straight back, palm on the floor, and chest up in front of you toward the ceiling.

6. Continue to bring the left foot back with the right foot, creating a downward dog plank position.

9. Then you push your hips up to Plank, bowed dog position number 6.

10. On an inhale, pull your right leg forward and do movement 5.

12. Stand up straight and stretch your arms back into position 3.

13. Return to the original prayer monk pose!
