Hino’s truck sales last year increased by 20% compared to 2020, partly thanks to the increase in product and service quality and the application of a 7-year warranty policy.

Taking advantage of this growth momentum, Hino has improved service quality, typically increasing the warranty period to 7 years, one of the breakthroughs that will help car sales in 2021 be higher than in the same period last year. This step is a true testament to the quality of Hino’s vehicles.

After-sales is also a factor that makes transport businesses choose this Japanese company. Currently, Hino has a system of 21 agents nationwide, capable of meeting the maintenance and repair needs of customers.

From October 1, 2021, this company will start to apply a warranty policy of up to 7 years, for new customers who are using Euro 4 cars or more. Specifically, users can register for a warranty with a total period of 7 years from the date of first warranty registration, including 1 standard year and 6 years of extension.

“During the warranty period, the implementation of standard periodic maintenance levels will help the vehicle have the best operating condition, reduce operating costs, and prolong the vehicle’s life,” said a representative of the company.

Evaluating this warranty program, a representative of 247 Express Joint Stock Company said that they own nearly 30 Hino cars and are currently ordering 70 more cars, thanks to their trust in the warranty policy.

Present in Vietnam since 1996, cumulative sales of genuine Hino truck models have sold more than 44,000 units. Currently, the company’s main product lines are Series 300 trucks, Series 500 trucks and Series 700 tractors, with payloads from 4.9 to 48 tons.
