Earlier on the evening of April 15, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department administratively inspected 3 hotels in District 1 and discovered 3 male and female couples engaged in prostitution. The prostitutes claimed to be brokered by a man named Nhat Vy.

According to Ho Chi Minh City Police, Nhat Vy is a first-year student at a university specializing in finance and marketing in Ho Chi Minh City. At the end of 2021, Nhat Vy created many groups on social networks to recruit “long-legged” sex workers in the form of “Sugar Baby – Sugar Daddy” (adopted child, adoptive father) in Ho Chi Minh City and many other provinces and cities.

The group managed by Nhat Vy has 1500 members. Nhat Vy posted pictures with the price of going to a customer for each girl is 25 million VND/time; if overnight, 50 million dong; If going on a sex tour from 2 to 5 days, the price ranges from 10-25 million VND/day/person.

Customers who want information about “beauties” must transfer to Vy 1 million VND deposit and “commission” 500,000 VND/time. For “beautiful women” traveling to guests, Nhat Vy will receive money from 10% to 20% to lead guests.

Every day, Nhat Vy goes to groups on social networks to hunt for beautiful girls, students with good looks, photo models, MCs, etc., who need to go to customers to make money.

In this case, Nhat Vy brokered for female MC V. to travel 20 million VND/month so that the customer with her had sex 6 to 8 times a month. It is known that female MC V. was once involved in a customer service line of the ladies who were arrested by the police in 2018.
