According to the case file, at the beginning of 2021, Bao knew and fell in love with HTCT (15 years old, living in Duyen Hai town) through social networks.

On the morning of April 19, T. called Bao to say that he wanted to drink milk tea, so Bao bought it and brought it to T.’s house.

Taking advantage of the absence of T.’s relatives at home, Bao went to T.’s bed to chat, then performed sexual acts.

At about 16:30 on the same day, T.’s mother came home from work and saw that her daughter had a strange expression, so she asked. T. told the whole incident, so T.’s mother went to the police.

At the police station, Bao admitted the crime and confessed on April 18 that he also had intercourse with T. at home.
