The Hanoi Department of Education and Training shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with other departments, branches and People’s Committees of districts, towns in formulating, implementing and guiding enrollment plans for preschools, Grade 1, Grade 6 and Grade 10 for the 2022-2023 school year are flexible, ensuring the interests of students.
