On April 28, Mr. Luong Van Quynh – Chairman of Tam Van Commune People’s Committee (Lang Chanh District, Thanh Hoa Province) said that the authorities had summoned 6 male students at Lam Phu Secondary School, Primary and Secondary Schools. Tam Van (Lang Chanh) to investigate and clarify the abuse of a 9th grade female student, a student at Tam Van Primary and Secondary School.

According to Quynh, the incident happened when these students went to a birthday party on the night of April 24 in Lot village (Tam Van commune). The victim is LTTV, (SN 2007, in Long village, Tam Van commune).
Six suspects have been identified, including: L.Th.L. (SN 2009), N.D.Ch. (SN 2009), all in Lot village, Tam Van commune; LMTr. (SN 2008), Ph.DK (SN 2009), VVH (SN 2008), Ph.VH (SN 2009), are all in Buoc village, Lam Phu commune, Lang Chanh district.
After receiving information about the incident, the Lang Chanh District Police has verified and reported and transferred the file to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
Currently, the case is being investigated and clarified by the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police and other relevant agencies.
