The total number of candidates registered to take the exam for both high school graduation recognition and admission consideration is 859,531 (accounting for 85.87%).

Regarding registration for the combined exam, there were 319,676 candidates (accounting for 31.94%) registered for the combined exam of Natural Science; 555,813 candidates (accounting for 55.53%) registered to take the social science exam.

In the High School Graduation Exam in 2022, the Ministry of Education and Training first implemented online registration for the exam. Accordingly, candidates who are in grade 12 in the academic year 2021-2022 register for the exam online on the Exam Management System; Candidates are free to register for the exam directly at the exam registration unit prescribed by the Department of Education and Training.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires the service provider to arrange a support switchboard (1800 8000 branch 2), including 34 desks on call for 24/7 support to guide candidates and the number of support staff. professional training has increased by 50% compared to the previous year; requires proactively monitoring the number of accesses and preparing plans, preparing backup equipment for timely replenishment when the system is at risk of congestion.

The ministry also requested the Departments of Education and Training and high schools to assign people to support candidates in the process of registering for the online exam (both test registration and official registration).

On May 4, candidates began to register for the official high school graduation exam. During the exam registration days, the exam management system operated stably, the candidate’s registration took place normally, basically convenient for all candidates.
