Also at the meeting, it was determined that Ms. Thuy’s family voluntarily built a production workshop on agricultural and forestry land contracted by Song Chang Protection Forest Management Board from May 1, 2004 (contracted in 2007). .

Accordingly, the construction of the factory was not in accordance with the terms of land allocation, contrary to the regulations and had been recorded in violation many times, causing pollution.

Authorities temporarily suspended production and asked Thuy’s family to dismantle illegal construction items on the contracted land before May 30.

In addition, the Department also requested the Song Chang Protection Forest Management Board to make a record of violation of the land allocation contract and issue a decision to recover the entire 12,816m2 area (contracted and encroached land).
