The bodies of 2 boys drowned in the canal in Binh Phuoc were found

On the morning of May 14, the functional force of Tan Lap commune, Dong Phu district, Binh Phuoc province found the remaining male student’s body who had drowned while fishing at Suoi Giai canal.

According to initial information, on the afternoon of May 13, 3 students in grade 9 including TTN, NVS (15 years old, living in Phuoc Sang commune) and 1 other male student invited each other to go fishing at Suoi Giai canal, bordering Binh Duong province. Duong and Binh Phuoc (in the territory of Tan Lap, Dong Phu district).

At about 4:30 p.m. on the same day, while fishing, the male student accompanying him discovered that N. and S. had suddenly fallen into a water channel deeper than 4 m, so they panicked and ran to call for help.

Tan Lap commune authorities and local people organized a search and discovered N.’s body after more than 2 hours. It was not until this morning, May 14, that the functional forces found the body of NVS.

In just the past half month, in Binh Phuoc, there have been 3 drowning cases, killing 6 students.
