The process of issuing a passport through the Public Service Portal includes the following steps:
– Citizens access the online public service portal of the Ministry of Public Security (dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn) to log in, fill in the passport application information according to form X01, email address, and upload a photo of their feet. content (for printing on passport).
– Choose the form of passport receipt (home delivery or directly to the immigration agency), the address to receive the passport, pay the fee online when requested by the application-receiving officer.
– In case people are not eligible to use level 4 public services or wish to apply directly, the current process of registration, receipt and processing of passport applications will be applied.
