SNSD confirmed comeback with full 8 members

Recently, SM Entertainment has confirmed SNSD will officially return with a new album with all 8 members. This comeback is to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the group’s official debut.

Immediately after the information was posted, the fans were extremely surprised and excited. Before that, many rumors also broke out, claiming that the 8 girls would return in the near future after many “opens” of SM Entertainment. However, then fans were disappointed when SM’s “opens” turned out to be to promote member Hyoyeon’s solo activities. Therefore, the news that SNSD released a new album made the audience eagerly wait.

This is also the 8 girls’ first comeback as SNSD in 5 years, since their 6th album Holiday Night Released in August 2017. Notably, the members of SNSD will also promote this album together by participating in TV shows as well as variety shows.

Although SNSD has not been active together for 5 years, the members still regularly interact with each other. Even though 3 members, Tiffany, Seohyun and Sooyoung, have left SM Entertainment, but still announced that they will not leave the group. Although all 8 members are currently working individually with different schedules, it seems that the girls’ affection is still extremely close, which is also what makes fans always proud.

SNSD’s new album is expected to be released in August. Up to now, there is still no information about the album name as well as the title track.
