Subsidy for essential materials

Farmer Tran Thi Thanh Thoan, Duy Tien district (Ha Nam) said that in the past time, banks have had many programs to lend money to people, but many people still have difficulty accessing capital with preferential interest rates, causing credit problems. In turn, answering questions, Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Ngoc Dung said that the whole country has about 7 million migrant workers. During more than 3 hours of dialogue, 14 questions were raised by farmers to the Prime Minister, and 10 industry commanders participated in answering.

This is the fourth time that the dialogue between the Prime Minister and farmers has taken place and the first conference in the new Government term. Among the more than 500 participants, there were 300 typical farmers representing more than 10.2 million farmer members nationwide.

After 15 years of implementing the Resolution of the 7th Plenum of the Party Central Committee, term X on agriculture, farmers and rural areas, and implementing dialogues between the Prime Minister and farmers, many achievements have been achieved. Agriculture was restructured towards modernity; to develop in terms of scale, production level and growth quality; consumption market expanded, export turnover increased sharply; contribute to stabilizing the macro-economy, ensuring major balances.

In 2021, despite many difficulties, agriculture still grew by 2.98%, total export turnover reached 48.6 billion USD. Right in the first 4 months of this year, exports of the whole industry reached nearly 17.9 billion USD, up 15.6% over the same period.
