Information about congestion of the flight check-in system at Tan Son Nhat airport
On June 3, due to congestion of the computer system connecting the airline and Tan Son Nhat airport, (HCMC) along with the influence of bad weather, a number of flights to and from Ho Chi Minh City of Vietjet has to change its operation plan.
As soon as the system was detected, the airline coordinated with relevant parties to urgently overcome and support customers. By 10:00 am on June 4, the system was operating normally.
The airline sincerely apologizes and hopes to receive the sympathy of customers in the face of an unexpected situation with a unique nature of the aviation industry.
