Knowing that there was a serious accident on the street, she rushed to the balcony to observe and saw a white car lying across the road.
After that, she ran down to open the door of her house and approached the car when many people were present saying that 3 motorcyclists had died.
At this time, all three victims were lying on the sidewalk. Seeing this, Hanh quickly took the phone to call the police.
Hanh said that she had never seen such a tragic accident before. The images of the victims of the accident made her haunted and scared.
