Kpop female singer stuck in debt for 16 years of debut

Female singer Lee Bo Ram (SeeYa) revealed that she has had many debts since she was active with the group.

On May 6, at the show Hangout With Yoo of MBC, female singer Lee Bo Ram (SeeYa) admitted after 16 years of debut Korean popshe is still stuck in debt because she doesn’t earn much.

She shared: “I have a lot of debt. My father’s car is too old, so I want to buy a new car for him.”

Recently, Lee Bo Ram was announced as a member of WSG Wannabe, the project group created by the show Hangout With Yoo establish.

She said: “I think WSG Wannabe is really my last chance. I’ll do my best. I hope more people know Lee Bo Ram.”

The singer said that if she becomes famous, the first thing she wants to do is pay off her debt.

“The debts I had when I was in SeeYa persist to this day. I couldn’t make a lot of money during my active days in the group.” she expressed.

Immediately after this scene was broadcast, Korean audiences criticized SeeYa’s previous management company, Core Content Media (currently MBK Entertainment).

The audience said they “cannot understand” why SeeYa, a once-popular group with many hit songs like Love Greeting, Crazy Love Song, Women’s Generation, A Woman’s Scent, Shoes and His Voicedid not earn enough money for the members to make ends meet.
