However, Hieu was the subject of many complicated relationships and frequently changed residences. To deal with the authorities, the subjects in this gambling line also organized closed activities, using modern technological devices and messaging applications such as Facebook, Zalo, Telegram .. . to criminal activity.

When there are lottery results in the North, the subjects calculate their winnings and losses using specialized software, texting each other and then deleting all the messages. In addition, the subjects also used many different accounts and did not use the main account for payment.

However, with sharp professional measures, on June 3, Thai Hoa town police presided over and mobilized 70 officers and soldiers to coordinate with related units to deploy 9 working groups, start successfully kept 9 subjects related to gambling behavior and gambling organization run by Ngoc and Hieu in Nghe An province and Hanoi city.

The seized exhibits include: more than 150 million VND, 16 mobile phones, 1 laptop, 6 ATM cards, 4 savings books worth 550 million VND and some other related exhibits.

At the police station, it was initially determined that from April 2022 to now, the amount of money used by the subjects to gamble was more than 15 billion dong.
