Ms. Dinh Thi Thu Hao (from Phu Tho, mother of Nguyen Mai Anh) said that when Mai Anh was born, the doctor did not diagnose her illness. After 13 months, the family learned that Mai Anh had spastic cerebral palsy.

The body is stiff, unable to move normally. Her feet just wanted to stop, but her dream and desire to move forward did not allow Mai Anh to stop. In 2016, Mai Anh passed to Hung Vuong School for the Gifted, Phu Tho with high scores.

“Did Mai Anh also go to a specialized school? That sentence is very damaging, I think I can’t let that sentence affect my fate. I took the university entrance exam in 2009 and my total score. achieved 26.5 points in 3 subjects”Nguyen Mai Anh, a student at Hanoi Law University said.

Also a person with cerebral palsy, after graduating from university, Phan Thanh Tung excellently became one of the students of the talented class of Faculty of Information Technology, Academy of Posts and Telecommunications.

Dean of Faculty of Information Technology, Academy of Posts and Telecommunications: “For ordinary people, it’s difficult to get into the talent class, it’s even harder for students with disabilities. It’s even harder for students with disabilities. Walking is difficult, in class it is also difficult to be able to write like normal people. After 4 years of hard work at university, Phan Thanh Tung is now a programmer. Tung shared: “Many people think that people with cerebral palsy just need to eat, sleep and rest without having to depend on others. But I think that people with cerebral palsy can do much greater things than that.”
