In the event that the examination and verification cannot be completed within the time limit specified in this Clause, the Attorney General’s Office at the same level or the Head of the Attorney General’s Office may extend the time limit once but for a maximum of 2 months. .
At the latest 5 days before the end of the examination and evidence deadline specified in this Clause, the investigator or agency assigned to carry out a number of investigative activities must submit a written application to the People’s Prosecutor’s Office of the same level or the People’s Prosecutor’s Office. authorized to extend the inspection and verification time.
