In the process of investigation, Thach That Police clarified, from May 2020 to September 2021, with the trick of creating a “Do Minh Trang” Facebook account to post sales of lipsticks and cosmetics to increase the number of interactions and find buyers, then scam by asking to transfer a deposit and then accordingly as in the case above, Bui Huu Minh and Nguyen Vu Quynh Mai deceived and took people’s money, but did not remember the information from the victims.
