Prepare sweet and spicy sauce
Step 1: Heat a pan over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil and minced garlic, stir until fragrant.
Step 2: Add soy sauce, corn syrup, vinegar and Korean chili sauce and stir well.
Step 3: Add the white sugar and continue stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 4: Put the chicken in the sweet sauce and coat thoroughly.
Step 5: Put the chicken on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, crushed peanuts or any favorite nuts and enjoy.
