This is a question from Phan Le Thuc Bao (Quoc Hoc Hue High School for Gifted Students) in the contest in March and quarter II. Right in the first seconds, Thuc Bao confidently gave the answer “Thanh Giong”, but the MC informed that this was not the correct answer and gave the answer to the rest of the contestants.

Huong Giang quickly rang the bell and gave the same answer. However, the MC said, “Saint Giong” is not the correct answer and this saying “does not belong to anyone”. One detail was misspelled in the quotation marks, there was no “an iron shield” at all. Saint Giong’s sayings only include iron horses, iron rods and iron armor.

The answer given by the MC made all candidates surprised and regretful. MC Khanh Vy then emphasized, “The Road to Olympia” not only tests the candidates’ knowledge but also the meticulousness and care of the candidates when reading the questions. This is also a very important skill when contestants enter any competition.
