Rebel punk rock costume in ‘Cruella’

“cruel” is a fashion film which is a prequel to “101 Dalmatians”, which revolves around a young version of the story – named Estella (Emma Stone) – from the notorious villain Cruella de Vil.

Jenny Beavan – Oscar-winning costume designer with “A Room with a View”, “Mad Max: Fury Road” – performed the costumes in the film. Set in London in the 1970s, “Cruella” is colored with punk rock in black, white, gray and red. Items typical of this style such as leather jackets, metal accessories … are handled with care. They all coordinate well with punk makeup with dark eyes and dark lipstick.
