According to initial information, at dawn on March 21, Nguyen Van Tien and his wife (46 years old, living in hamlet 5, Tan Thanh Dong commune) had a conflict, so they argued.

While angry, Mr. Tien used a knife to slash many times at Mrs. L. resulting in injuries.
Discovering the incident, relatives took Ms. L. to the emergency room at the hospital. Mr. Tien during his stay at home locked the door and hanged himself.
Upon receiving the information, the functional forces were present to examine the scene and take witness statements to investigate. Initially, the police determined that the cause of the incident stemmed from a money dispute.
