PCA Vietnam Gymnastics Championship 2022 is held for the first time

This is the first time the international PCA bodybuilding tournament has been held in Vietnam, with the support of the Vietnam Weightlifting – Bodybuilding Federation.

The tournament is open to professional and semi-professional audiences. Competition categories for men include Bodybuilding, Classic Bodybuilding (classic bodybuilding), Men’s Sports Models; while female athletes compete in 2 sports, Women’s Sports Models and Bikini.

In addition to cash prizes, trophies and medals, the Top 10 best athletes of the tournament will be trained professionally by Coach Pham Khac Hy (Gold Medal of the National Bodybuilding Championship in 2021). with Korean experts, preparing to compete in international tournaments in 2022.

According to Mr. Huynh Ngoc Minh, Vice President of the Vietnam Weightlifting – Bodybuilding Federation, compared to the international PCA tournament, the tournament in Vietnam has been omitted some details and content to suit Vietnamese culture. The Organizing Committee also chooses subjects suitable for the development of the bodybuilding community, creating a professional fitness playground in Vietnam.

The tournament is an opportunity for the local gymnast community to compete with international professional athletes, affirming the position and image of the Vietnamese bodybuilding community with international athletes. Through the tournament, the Organizing Committee also wants to spread the fitness movement and healthy sports spirit to the public.
