The expressway has a route length of 73.64km, starting point at Km 126+360, intersecting Nguyen Van Cu street, Bao Loc city and ending point at Km 200, intersecting with Lien Khuong – Prenn expressway at Km 208+650. the gateway to Da Lat city.
The consortium of investors T&T Group and Phuong Trang Group Joint Stock Company proposed to build Bao Loc – Lien Khuong expressway with a total capital of 12,532 billion VND in phase 1; in which, the state supports about 4,000 billion.
The project is divided into 2 phases, in which phase 1 (2022 – 2025) will be built on a scale of 4 lanes, road bed width 17m, operating speed 80km/h.
Phase 2 (after 2030) will expand the expressway according to the standard of a 4-lane highway, the roadbed is 24.75m wide, the operating speed is 100km/h, and there is an emergency stop lane.
Total project investment in phase 1 is VND 12,532 billion and phase 2 is about VND 5,420 billion.
In phase 1, Lam Dong province’s budget will spend 1,500 billion VND for the project; At the same time, he asked the central budget to support about 2,500 billion VND.
Particularly for phase 2, investors will mobilize the entire amount.
It is known that Bao Loc – Lien Khuong expressway project is one of 3 component projects of Dau Giay – Lien Khuong expressway with a total length of more than 210km.
This is an important highway connecting with Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway. The first section is Dau Giay – Tan Phu, invested by the Ministry of Transport and implemented with the state budget, while the other 2 sections, Tan Phu – Bao Loc and Bao Loc – Lien Khuong, are invested and implemented by Lam Dong province. by the PPP method.
