This summer, the live-action Resident Evil movie produced by Netflix will officially air

Resident Evil is one of the best-selling zombie survival games of all time. After 25 years and 8 parts of the original game and a series of side stories, the work has more and more fans. Realizing the great potential, Netflix quickly produced a live-action Resident Evil movie to serve the audience of this platform. As expected, the Resident Evil live-action film produced by Netflix will be released globally on July 14.

Specifically, Netflix recently posted simple posters with a sharp new logo and blood stains on a bright yellow background. Show the audience a pill marked with the word “Joy” and what appears to be the Umbrella Corporation logo. Another vial of blood was labeled positive for the T-virus.

“In 2036 – 14 years after a deadly virus caused a global apocalypse, Jade Wesker fights for survival in a world ravaged by infected creatures and bloodthirsty lunatics. In this horrifying carnage, Jade is haunted by her past in New Raccoon City, her father’s connection to the Umbrella Corporation and what happened to her older sister, Billie.” Netflix’s description says.

According to initial information, the villain of the Resident Evil series, Albert Wesker, will be played by actor Lance Reddick. Netflix previously confirmed that the show will move between two timelines, one featuring Jade and Billie in their teens and one set in a future ravaged by the T-virus. The new series also stars Ella Balinska, Tamara Smart, Siena Agudong, Adeline Rudolph, Paola Nuñez, and is written by Supernatural screenwriter Andrew Dabb.
