On 4/4, Tra Vinh Provincial Police Investigation Agency confirmed with Youth, The unit is holding criminal Nguyen Tien Ngan (37 years old, living in Hiep Hoa commune, Cau Ngang district) to investigate the behavior “killing“.
According to initial information, Ngan and Mr. Lam Thanh Nam (34 years old, living in Hiep Hoa commune) had conflicts, many times argued and fought because Nam owed money but did not pay Ngan.

Newspaper Youth said, on April 1, seeing Nam carrying a basket of chickens passing by the house, Ngan chased him with a knife and stabbed him in the chest when the two sides fought in the rice field. Injured, Nam ran away and collapsed on the side of the road, then died from his injuries.
Receiving the news, Tra Vinh Provincial Police Investigation Police Agency and Cau Ngang District Police went to the scene to investigate the incident, and at the same time mobilized the family to call Ngan to surrender.
On April 3, Ngan surrendered to the police and confessed all of his crimes.
