Russia has denied the above allegations and accused Ukraine of deliberately arranging everything to blame its soldiers.
The Russian Defense Ministry said that the country’s troops withdrew from Bucha on March 30 and a day later the Mayor of Bucha confirmed the situation in a video but made no mention of any local residents being shot. on the road with his hands tied.
