Ecopark proposes an urban tourist area of more than 600 hectares in Ha Tinh
In addition to the proposal to finance the 1/500 detailed planning of Xuan Truong – Xuan Hoi urban tourist area, Ecopark Group also asked for permission to research, survey and propose development planning orientation for the whole Nghi Xuan district.
According to Ecopark Group, based on the planning of the South Nghe An – North Ha Tinh region up to 2025 approved by the Prime Minister, the general planning to build a tourist – urban – commercial area along the coast of Nghi Xuan – Loc Ha by 2040 billion to 1/5000, planning the construction subdivision of Xuan Truong – Xuan Hoi urban tourist area at the rate of 1/2000, Ecopark wishes to develop the urban ecosystem in Ha Tinh.
Ecopark Group has submitted a written proposal to the People’s Committee of Ha Tinh province to agree to allow this business to sponsor the detailed planning of 1/500 Xuan Truong – Xuan Hoi urban tourist area, and at the same time allow research to investigate. Monitoring and proposing development planning orientation for the whole Nghi Xuan district, serving as a basis for the locality to orient development and attract investment in the long term.
Before the enterprise’s proposal, Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People’s Committee Vo Trong Hai sent a document to assign Nghi Xuan district to coordinate with relevant units based on current regulations to advise and propose detailed planning. Xuan Truong – Xuan Hoi urban area project along with the development planning orientation of Nghi Xuan district, reported to the Provincial People’s Committee before April 15, 2022.
In November 2021, the People’s Committee of Ha Tinh province had a decision to approve the construction zoning planning project of 1/2000 scale for Xuan Truong – Xuan Hoi tourist urban area in Nghi Xuan.
The northern border is adjacent to provincial road 546; The South borders on land for rice cultivation and aquaculture area; The East borders the current residential area, road 546 and rice cultivation land; West borders the Lam River.
The planned area is more than 627 hectares. In which, the main functional subdivisions include: Division 1 – Town 1 (nearly 77 ha), Division 2 – Old Street (nearly 118 ha), Division 3 – Port Street (more than 104 ha); Division 4 – Pho Hoi (nearly 101 ha), Division 5 – Canal Street (more than 133 ha) and Division 6 – Pho Thi 2 (more than 94 ha).
The objective of the planning is to concretize the general planning project of Nghi Xuan – Loc Ha coastal tourist – urban – commercial area up to 2020.
