As Dan Viet previously reported, on the afternoon of April 4, a group of 6th graders from Thieu Duy Middle School went to the spillway area on the Mau Khe river in Thieu Hop commune, Thieu Hoa district to play, unfortunately drowned and disappeared.
It is known that the group of students above went to school on April 4 at 13.00 but did not return in the evening, so the family went looking and found 1 ordinary bicycle, 1 electric bicycle, and 2 mobile phones on the beach. When contacting the teacher, the family learned that the children did not come to school in the afternoon.

Immediately after receiving the news, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police deployed hundreds of officers, soldiers and equipment and vehicles to immediately arrive at the scene to implement search, rescue and rescue measures.
Currently, the police are continuously coordinating in implementing professional measures to investigate and clarify the causes of the tragic accident mentioned above.
