Contributing to the VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue 2022 with 120 members at different distances, the BSR club (Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company) left an impression on the Organizing Committee and other athletes. . Mr. Bui Ngoc Duong, General Director of this enterprise, said that BSR not only wants to participate in the tournament as an athlete but also as a sponsor, providing incentives for the tournament.
– How do you rate VnExpress Marathon Imperial Hue 2022?
– We think that VnExpress Marathon is the leading large-scale and prestigious running race in Vietnam today. VnExpress Marathon has built its own brand, which is always a festival for running lovers to participate. BSR highly appreciates the tournament in Hue this time.
Through the race, I can feel the thoroughness and perfection in all aspects from the running track, the organization, the side services or the care and attention to the runner. This is also an event that contributes to spreading the spirit of sports practice, health care, and has a great influence on the community. The award also contributes to promoting culture, nature and people, promoting local tourism.
BSR considers this to be a quality tournament, held in a poetic location with historical significance. The tournament is also a big event after the Covid-19 epidemic, so it attracts a lot of athletes. The changes of the organizers this year also contributed to creating more attraction for the event.

– Why does BSR want to accompany the award?
– Through VnExpress Marathon, we can spread positive messages to the community. BSR wants to work with the Organizing Committee to successfully create a great sporting event, a playground for professional athletes and the movement. Through accompanying the tournament, we want to nurture more talents on the track, contribute to the development of Vietnamese sports, and raise charity funds to help those in difficult and disadvantaged circumstances. Accompanying the event is also our way of showing respect for the athletes’ hard work, will and determination to surpass themselves.
From a business perspective, we hope that the race will become a bridge to bring BSR’s culture to the masses. BSR is an enterprise that pays great attention to the development of cultural identity, including sports and community-oriented activities.
This time, more than 120 runners of BSR will also participate in the competition. We want to help employees have moments of running experience to recharge after working days.

– How has the sport movement in general and running at BSR developed?
– BSR’s running team has the full name of BSR Cross Country Club, established in 2019. In the beginning, the club had only a few people as the main players. After this, the members increased significantly. Currently, the club gathers more than 500 athletes who are company leaders, heads and deputy heads of professional departments and experts, engineers and workers who love running.
Club members believe that each running step not only brings flexibility to the practitioner but also a place to show community responsibility, spread love and create cohesion among members of the business.
BSR’s running team has participated in many races across the country and considers VM Hue as a challenge to overcome to affirm the passion for sports and the spirit of overcoming oneself of the oil and gas workers.
– What is the runner’s desire when participating in VnExpress Marathon?
– We encourage our staff to exercise. It is the best way to maintain focus, health for work and life. Participating in VnExpress Marathon, the running team of BSR is mostly movement runners. Therefore, we do not set achievement goals but consider this as a big festival for employees. Our biggest desire is to immerse ourselves in the exciting atmosphere on the track, to feel every drop of sweat and the happiness of surpassing ourselves when completing the race. We see this as an opportunity to make beautiful memories together and contribute to spreading BSR’s sports-loving spirit to the community.
– What plan does BSR have to improve the quality of life, health and morale of employees?
Our business year 2022 goal is to produce about 6,499 million tons of products of all kinds; Total revenue of 91,411 billion VND; profit after tax of more than 1,400 billion dong. To accomplish this goal, we will implement many programs to improve the physical and mental health of employees. BSR always maintains sports clubs such as cross country, dance, badminton, football, etc. On average, we have 1 healthy sports event every month for employees after each shift.
We also pay great attention to raising the morale of employees through internal training programs such as corporate culture, safety culture, the program of planting one million trees under the Government’s scheme.. From the above social activities, officials and employees will improve their sense of responsibility and responsibility. From there, employees will have more motivation and energy to complete the job well.
