On April 15, FLC added information about tax enforcement decisions. Accordingly, 11 decisions of the Tax Department of Sam Son – Quang Xuong city are all about the enforcement of administrative decisions on tax management by deducting money from accounts / requesting to freeze accounts. for FLC, opened at 11 banks: VPBank Hanoi branch; VIB branch in District 1 HCMC, OCB Hanoi branch, Vietcombank Head Office, BIDV Binh Dinh branch, BIDV Tay Son Binh Dinh branch, Agribank Tay Do branch, Vietcombank Thanh Hoa branch, Vietcombank Vinh Phuc branch, Vietinbank Sam Son branch and BIDV Thanh Hoa branch.
The reason for being coerced is because the company owes tax that is 90 days overdue as prescribed and the coercive amount is 124.8 billion dong.
On April 13, 2022, FLC received the document No. 787/CCT-KT from the Tax Department of Sam Son – Quang Xuong City, about opening and blocking deposit accounts at credit institutions and banks. .
Previously, FLC Group was fined VND 495 million by the Securities Commission for violating a series of regulations in disclosing information on the stock market.
Recently, FLC has applied to extend the time of holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022 until June 30, 2022 at the latest. Two members of FLC Supervisory Board have also resigned, Mr. Nguyen Chi Cuong and Ms. Phan Thi Bich Phuong.
