Binh Phuoc cancels urban development cooperation with FLC Group

On April 16, Chairman of Binh Phuoc Provincial People’s Committee Tran Tue Hien just signed Official Letter No. 795/UBND-TH canceling the policy for FLC Group Joint Stock Company to plan a new urban area combined with a tourist area. Suoi Cam lake resort with an area of ​​986.5ha and an area of ​​1,775ha in Tien Thanh and Tan Phu wards, Dong Xoai city.

The Provincial People’s Committee also assigned the People’s Committee of Dong Xoai City to direct relevant departments, divisions and People’s Committees of wards to publicize and disseminate it to people in the area. Departments: Planning and Investment, Construction, Natural Resources and Environment, Finance, Traffic – Transport, Culture – Sports and Tourism, Dong Xoai City People’s Committee, related agencies and units organize to comply with regulations.

In November 2018, the People’s Committee of Binh Phuoc province reported to the Standing Provincial Party Committee proposals and recommendations of FLC Group on works and projects related to urban development in the province, including the following projects: Specific plan: New urban area, combined with Suoi Cam lake resort and resort, with an area of ​​​​more than 986.5 hectares in Tien Thanh and Tan Phu wards, Dong Xoai city (the planning area to the north of Suoi Cam lake). The goal is to build an urban area combined with high-class eco-friendly resorts and entertainment items with many green areas and large squares.

The complex of golf courses, resorts, entertainment, ecological urban areas combined with high-tech agriculture, has an area of ​​2,000 hectares, of which 1,000 hectares are engaged in hi-tech agriculture in Tan Hoa commune, district. The goal is to build a complex of international standard golf courses, hotels, resorts, convention centers, commercial centers, amusement parks, parks, and ecological urban areas.
