Seeing me cry, he apologized and said that when he was free, he would go back and redo the paperwork, leaving the names of both husband and wife.

My mother-in-law accidentally learned that we were arguing about this, so she also talked to my husband privately. She concluded that the house must be in both names. My mother-in-law advised me not to think about this anymore, but I was still very sad.
