Motorbike fines

Penalties for cars

At Point B, Clause 3, Article 5, a fine of VND 800,000 to VND 1 million shall be imposed on drivers of cars and vehicles similar to cars when honking, honking continuously, honking the air horn, or using projector lights. in urban areas, densely populated areas (except for priority vehicles on duty as prescribed).

Fines for tractors and special-use motorbikes

According to Point D, Clause 3, Article 7, a fine of between VND 400 and 600 thousand shall be imposed on operators of tractors or special-use motorcycles who honking, whistling continuously, honking air horns, using high beams in urban areas and crowded areas. population, except for priority vehicles on duty as prescribed.

Penalties for using high beams (headlights)

According to Clause 12, Article 8 of the Road Traffic Law 2008, vehicles are not allowed to use high beams (headlights) in urban areas and densely populated areas, except for priority vehicles on duty such as fire trucks, ambulance,…
